Jasmin Blanc Studio is a one-woman studio, accompanied by 4 dogs and 2 cats. I design and create each piece in my studio based in the Transylvanian countryside, using high quality clay, precious metal paints, metals and stones. Please read through these policies before you place an order and if you have any further inquires send them to erika.iozsa@gmail.com

Shipping

Please allow 3-10 days for your order to ship out after you've purchased.

Local shipping (Romania): via Posta Romana

- delivery estimates: 4-6 days

Worldwide shipping: via Posta Romana, the national postal service.

-delivery estimates are between 7 to 26 business days, depending on the country you reside in. (US/Australia/Canada/New Zealand-> 14-22 business days, EU-> 7-9 business days, China/Singapore/Japan-> 16-26 business days)

The buyer is responsible for any import/customs charges or tax fees. Please ask locally if such charges apply to you, depending on where you live.

Returns Policy

For returns please contact me within 7 days of receiving your order and send the product back to me within 30 days. The buyer is responsible for shipping costs as well as ensuring that the product makes it back safely. Please remember, porcelain is fragile and therefore should be packed extremely carefully. Refund will be issued when the product arrived back to me, provided that it is in its original condition.

Exchanges are not possible due to the handmade and OOAK nature of my pieces, as well as the lack of a constant stock. So in the case of a return refunds apply.

I really want you to LOVE your purchase, so the most important is, that you read descriptions and measurements carefully and ASK me your further QUESTIONS, so that we eliminate the likelihood of these kinds of situations.
